How to fix a pinched nerve in your neck

Surely there's someone out there suffering from neck pain

You know the feeling, you wake up one morning with crippling neck pain that is so bad you can barely function. It happens to me from time and when it does I can barely turn my head far enough to back the car out of the driveway. My Mrs came home from work today suffering from this and I fixed it for her in less than 10 seconds. She actually fixed it I just showed her what to do.

I use the Mckenzie method which is a cervical retraction technique basically all you do is hold your head up high, retract your chin in towards your neck and wobble your chin without letting your head fall forwards. This works well over 90% of the time IME.

If anyone is going through neck pain check out this vid featuring Robin Mckenzie himself to see how it works. The video begins with a quick mention about treating back pain with the Mckenzie method but quickly moves on to treating neck pain.

I had a pinched nerve that affected my whole right arm and the neck pulling technique really helped. I never felt any numbness or coldness after that.

Interesting I will check it out.
