MODERN DOCTORS DON'T USUALLY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS
I learn these remedies through my girlfriend and some research I did. I would like to share with you in my series of Self Healing, mostly without the use of drugs, etc.

WHAT IS FLATULENCE
Intestinal gas is created by digestion. this has varying symptoms for different people, especially bloating. The main cause of flatulence is purely due to poor diet. Flatulence and bloating are signs of a decline in the flow of liver energy, which somehow I was told it is also greatly influenced by feelings and mood.
I used to get this a lot for many years, but with this practices, i have greatly reduced them and definitely feels better now!
REMEDIES AND THERAPY
For quick relieve from gas, just mix 1 teaspoon of ginger powder (you can get them at most organic stores or Chinese medicine stores) with just a pinch of rock salt. Stir them up with a half cup of warm water.
Drink your self-make tea (very easy) by just steeping 4-5 fresh mint leaves in a cup of boiling water. Do this every morning after a light meal if you can.
If you are lazy to do the remedies above, pour just a spoonful of apple cider into a cup of warm water and take them shots!
Traditional Chinese herbs like daikon, radish seeds, dried tangerine peel, ginger and liquorice can be used to support the relief of gas in your body
AVOID
Eating excessively and eating while you are anxious. Why? This is known to take away the digestive energy from your stomach hence making it very hard for it to absorb the nutrients you eat
DO NOT eat when you are under stress or otherwise airheaded with strong emotional feeling (i understand it is hard to get away from that - breathe). This declines the energy and slows down digestion and promotes gas.
