1) Regular Diet
Nutrition is the most important issue you need to pay attention to for health. Make sure to have breakfast every morning. Stop eating something 3-4 hours before sleeping at night. Take care to eat 3 meals a day. Remove excess fat, sugar and salt from your life.
2) Drink Water
