  1. Workout. At least for 20 min daily.
  2. Eat healthy. Stay away from junk food.
  3. Stay away from processed sugar
  4. drink lots of water
  5. balanced diet.

SOCIALLY healthy peoply will do these things:
〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

  1. show interest in other people’s interest if possible, works as charm.

  2. make other people talk about themselves or their area of interest.

  3. listen carefully.

  4. don’t argue, let it go.

  5. don’t gossip, criticize or complain, stop being a baby.
    For CAREER.

  6. Marks do not matter but the knowledge do.

  7. apart from academics’ books read other books too.

  8. stay best at communication in English.

  9. invest in your skills, upgrade old ones.

  10. Consistency.

For the TIME MANAGEMENT

  1. after waking up split your tasks of today into four main category that is: Important and urgent, non important but urgent, important but non urgent , non important and non urgent. Do your tasks in the same sequence as per the priority.

  2. stay away from social media like Facebook.

  3. sleep only for 7–8 hours daily

  4. you can take power naps when feel low and lousy.

  5. switch off your cellphone (when you really don't need).

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

  1. don’t criticize instead praise and appreciate your subordinates.

  2. if need to criticize at your subordinates mistakes first praise and without using but tell them how can we do better.

  3. point out your subordinates mistakes indirectly.

  4. don’t give them orders directly, instead try to listen their opinion and ideas too.

  5. make them feel they are important for the organisation.
