Losing 16 Pounds in 6 Weeks: Apple Cider Vinegar Detox/Diet

Apple cider vinegar is made from cider or fermented apples and has been used for millennia to strengthen the health of the human body


Unpasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed.

The best brand that myself and most others enjoy using is the organic brand called BRAGG'S which has been around for generations. image

So That's the brand I chose to begin my detox, diet, and PH stabalizer.

There has been a lot of hype about Apple Cider Vinegar in the past 3-9 months but many people are very unaware

#### Day 01 for me actually began on Friday April 20th. I weighed 198.5 lbs, and within the first week actually hovered to 201.2 lbs.

Stayed tuned and over the next few days I am going to explain exactly what methods I used, how changing your body's PH level to a more natural state can drastically change your health, life, and most importantly shed some major pounds during the process.

H, I am trying this, same brand. I am getting married in August, when are you planning on consuming ACV? I have mine with hot water after my evening meal.

Hey @jmehta - Congrats on your upcoming marriage first of all !! And with it only a few months away - The ACV diet is definitely your best bet for losing weight quickly in a natural, safe, and enjoying way...

@jmehta - Usually I consume about a large shot glass or 1.5 ounces every evening - sometimes before dinner, sometimes after - depending on what I am doing and where I am. It certainly will shrink your appetite so I would recommend before meals but honestly - it really doesn't make a HUGE difference when you consume it - as long as you do.. That's the magic of it. Once you start consuming it and your body's PH level returns its most responsive state - your body will just continue to burn off fat. I have some friends that stopped the diet and months later they still were slowly losing weight (2-3 lbs a month) and no other dieting or routine change.

@jmehta - it certainly doesn't have the best taste as a drink but if you play with the ingredients you can certainly find an elixir that it tasty also... Lately I have been mixing 1.5 oz of Apple Cider Vinegar with 1 oz of Lemon Juice, 3 oz of Cranberry Juice, some ice, about 2-3 oz of spring water then sweeten the buds up by adding some nectarine or peach juice that is concentrated. Delicious!!
