Drinking plenty of water is a must to all of us especially here in Philippines. We always experience a very hot weather that may cause many illness to us. And it is a common knowledge that we human needs fluid to survive... Always keep in mind that staying hydrated is important as it fuels the body and keeps it healthy and energized throughout the day.

Here are some benefits of drinking water immediately after waking up from a long slumber:

  1. Rehydration
  2. Boost of Metabolism
  3. Flushes out toxins
  4. Brain Tissue is 76% Water
  5. Stay Full Longer

You can get the best results through having 1.5 liters (5-6 glasses) of water as you wake up. Try not consuming any solids for an hour. Also, avoid alcoholic beverages before sleeping as it dehydrates the body.
