Banana Pomegranate – Rich Antioxidants.

Pomegranate banana is delicious and super healthy smoothie. Rich in vitamin K, fiber, potassium and heart-healthy antioxidants.

Pomegranate: They are especially good for week heart they give strength, Pomegranate are excellent to add strength to teeth, fruit in alternative days give good results in few days. They are good to increase potency, indigestion, increases bone strength. They cure all uterus problems and strengthens the week uterus. They are good for Skin disease, increases memory, increases immunity, work excellent for anemic problems, provide relief from cough, cold etc.
Banana:

Apart from banana being an excellent source of nutritional values they have countless healing properties for piles, reduces body heat, they are good for all eye problems and overall physical strength. They cure stomach ulcer, Bananas increases immunity and body strength. It cures many intestine problems.

Ingredients

Banana 1 cup sliced.
Pomegranate half cup pomegranate juice
Low fat plain yogurt half cup or full milk.
Honey or Sugar optional.
Mixed Nuts almonds, cashew raisins.

Method.

Make juice from fresh pomegranate.
Banana slices yogurt with pomegranate juice and blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Garnish with nus.
Pour into glass and serve.
