Today we continue with a little health tip.
For about half a year I take silicic acid gel capsules.
Silicic acid is important for skin, hair and nails.
What can I say, with me and my fellow tester, the skin is super even and completely without dry spots.
The nails are firm and completely without cracks.
The real banger comes but with the hair.
The hair growth is clearly increased even in caler places and the beard growth is firm and wiry.

Now my cure is finished and I will pause 90 days and then again 90 days silicic acid. I will also keep this.
