Sometimes you realized you are too old to do aggressive exercise. But you just wanted to maintain your health by doing something lighter. Thank you to Thich Man Tue, for sharing this great art of Qi Gong for those that in need. It reduces my stress when I had my first few go. Certainly feel more calm. Sharing this beautiful art.
