Thank you for taking up this subjekt, with weight loss. I have never before been on a diet but trying now and I follow the path I learned through years of persuasion of friends who tried to lose weight and also tried all sorts of different diets - no good if you whant to loose weight for life!

My layout is similar to yours, but I'm careful not to eat a big dinner after 1900. I also practice a lot. Im fond of long slow distance with max pulse of 120-125 beats, sometimes i increase the body to not get used to the same exercise. It doesnt matter what people do, but THAT they move, do something you like💃🏽🏂🤺🏌🏻‍♀️

Another thing many misses is that it takes time to change your habbits. Be patient and hurry slowly if you loose weight quickly, your body will not catch up with you and you will get cravings, which in most cases lead to relapse. Hold on with a little weight loss at a time, so you can do the best - at the same time you learn to eat properly and get to know yourself and how to react to different foods. Im loosing 1-1 1/5 kilos a month and than the skin also follows....
