Mold and mold toxins linked in the alarming rate of autoimmune diseases

We're suffering from a major outbreak of different kinds of autoimmune diseases

Our lifestyle has changed durng the last decades very greatly, and our diet and health care has changed. Some fear vaccinations and antibiotics could be linked to autoimmune diseases.

The problem is though that we are closing our eyes from some major threats to our autoimmune system! Even though there are multitude of factors affecting our autoimmune system and autoimmune diseases, we are forgetting some as we are having only some issues in our posts and in the media!

One of the most serious threats to our autoimmunity is the current building standards, building quality and materials!

At least in Europe, we've been driven to build moreand more insulated homes, which easily build up dampness and start to grow mold.

Living in a moldy house or studying/working in buildings with mold have been linked in higher risk of getting autoimmune diseases

It's common knowledge mold can cause asthma, but it can be a minor problem. Mold toxins can cause your body to get permanent damage and there are reports which indicate people working on moldy buildings can start getting permanent food allergies!

In the past the buildings were different but healthier

Not only letting air travel more freely, but our style of taking care of the house and cleaning has changed. We are using far more plastic, different glues and extremely strong cleaning liquids. These alone can cause their own problems indoor, one example when using cleaning liquids instead of soap.

Strong "leave on" cleaners are a serious problem

Even though they won't have strong density when you wash with them, they will dry up and will become stronger by time. Then i can spread in the air. Another major threat is how they kill majority of the natural microbes and leave room for the single types of microbes which survive. Then the microbiological culture is very one sided and it is very far from the rich microbiological contact we need.

The lack of natural microbes give room for mold to grow

Build better, build healthier AND LEAVE OUT THE "LEAVE ON" CLEANERS!
