So I had learned Tai Chi back in school doing my masters for Traditional Chinese Medicine. I apparently did not practice enough to really remember the steps. I did do 10mins of stretching. At least as much as I remembered from class... However, when I started doing the steps I found that I had forgotten most if not all the steps. I ended up Youtubing some yoga and tai chi videos. I found a 14min tai chi video along with a yoga video and so I actually went to create a watch list for it. Hopefully, by the end of these 30 days, I may have enough videos that I will actually do them daily if not 30mins at least a video :D
Day 2. I'm going to call vacuuming my exercise for today. Yes, I didn't actually go out of my way to do this as it was something I needed to do but it took me 1.5 hrs and a very sweaty sore body... I'm counting! haha My hand is red from maneuvering the machine.
I have noticed that when I choose to take the stairs rather than elevators I can gauge my health/body. If I get really tired after the first flight of stairs usually means I need to workout. I hope you all can choose to take the stairs when you can!
