Another great post Tony, thanks for sharing it! Brings a whole new meaning to "chilling out" doesn't it?

I am gonna give this a trail...but sorry, I am not quite brave enough to do so while we are still in the depths of winter...when the weather warms up with spring I will be far more likely to dive in but the health benefits you cite here are very compelling⭐️
