Sea moss

Have you ever tried a sea moss, made a gel?

I’ve started ordering Irish moss online and make a gel of it. But now the more I read about real, wild crafted sea moss and the fake one the more I’m not sure if I got the right one.

The one I order is in between if it’s about the color.

Can someone help me and tell me how to recognize the real one?
