You can reduce your belly fat by few pounds or waist size by 1 inch (Conservative prediction) within 2 weeks if you follow the below points.
- Start Intermittent fasting - Wikipedia (IF): It’s not the way what you eat but it’s a way when to eat your food. Just in brief you should not take food for a certain period (in hours) in a day. I follow the most common pattern that is 16 hours of intermittent fasting where in I don’t take food for 16 hours. e.g. I break my intermittent fasting at 12 pm for lunch and take my dinner by 8 pm, hence I eat during 8 hours of time and fast for 16 hours. During these 16 hours of fasting your fat will be used for the energy for your day to day work. Hence you burn your fat this way. IF also helps in reducing insulin and sugar spikes in your body which are very helpful in long term. I take black coffee, water and green tea during IF. You should refrain yourself from anything that would add calorie to your body during IF. I am following IF since close to 2 years and I must say I am more energetic now. - Refrain from Sugar: Leave sugar for at least a month. Don't just refrain from sugar but refrain from everything where sugar is added. It will not just give you a healthy skin but lot of other benefits as well to your health such as it will lower your blood pressure and bad cholesterol, sharp your brain, lower the risk of diabetes and most important of all “YOU’LL BREAK YOUR ADDICTION TO SWEET STUFF”.
- Take apple cider vinegar: It prevents sugar and insulin spikes after you take food.
- Take black Coffee with coconut oil : It dilutes the effect of caffeine in the coffee and coconut is proven to be excellent source of good fat.
- Regular Workout: Do heavy resistance work out along with HIIT workouts. It should be on regular basis.
- Refrain from processed food : Processed foods have lot of unhealthy oils, fats, super high in sugar, they will lead you to over consumption and there are many more harmful consequences of processed food.
