ACV become well known as an antidote for several internal and external ailments, this includes weight gain, high cholesterol, acid reflux, acne, nail fungus and even diabetes. because of good feedback from the people regarding the benefits of the vinegar, it's been recommended by leading chefs, health experts, stars, and athletes.

Mix one or two tablespoons of ACV in a glass of water and drink it before meals. it is said that ACV fights obesity and aids in weight loss. Researchers conducted a study
and their conclusion is that, if you drink an ounce daily, those who drank vinegar had less belly fat, lower triglycerides and waist measurements and a lower body weight and BMI.

Drinking one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before a meal may be beneficial for digestive health. Because of the acetic acid, there are
higher levels of good bacteria in the guts, such as Bifidobacterial and Lactobacillus, which reduce symptoms of the gastrointestinal disease.

Apple cider vinegar is one of the best remedies for those who always suffer from gas after meals. ACV has a natural remedy for gas and bloating due to its rich enzymes.

Helps stay fuller, longer

Drinking ACV (one or two tablespoons) every meal may also help to lessen snacking throughout the day. Those who consume ACV tend to feel full faster and they can stay satiated for a longer period. ACV help in reducing sudden cravings mostly in sweet foods.

ACV can lower glucose and insulin response

A study showed that the addition of vinegar in a carbohydrate-rich meal lowers glucose and insulin response. Researchers found that glucose levels lowered when apple cider is added and Insulin values are also reduced.

Studies show that Apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight. vinegar can increase satiety, help you eat fewer calories and lead to actual pounds lost, get increased feelings of fullness, and end up eating fewer calories for the rest of the day. Research also showed that daily apple cider vinegar consumption led to reduced belly fat and weight loss.

Helps in absorbing nutrients better

Apple cider vinegar is thought to increase body's ability to absorb important minerals of the foods that we ate because it is high in acetic acid.
Drinking one or two tablespoons of ACV mixed in water and taken just before meals may improve body's ability to absorb the important minerals from foods, so you can get the benefits.

Side effects and warnings

Apple cider vinegar helps in preventing blood sugar spikes by reducing the rate at which food leaves the stomach and enters the lower digestive tract. This will slows down the absorption into the bloodstream.
But, this effect may worsen symptoms of gastroparesis for those who are suffering from type 1 diabetes.
Too much drinking Apple cider vinegar may also lead to decreased potassium levels, in which it could be life-threatening.**

If you decide to start drinking ACV consult with your doctor if you are taking any medication to prevent any negative reactions.

Remember, ACV may not be a “cure-all.” But, when taken before a meal, it can help you eat less, absorb more nutrients and improve your digestive health. And that’s definitely worth a shot.

Too funny but kin of true

It doesn't taste so good but it's bearable, for the sake of health.

Healthy foods usually don't come with good taste.

I know, bear that "not so good" taste if you want to be healthy

You got it right @selavinia
