It is a good alternative snack when your hungry especially when it is hot while your eating it surely you can reduce your hunger and its really feels heavy in the tummy.
2. Peanuts
Peanuts are good for diets when limited which contains healthy fiber, fat and protein.
3. Greek Yogurt
Its not only a good source of calcium and potassium but also a good snack for people into healthy diet.
4. Cucumber slices dipped in vinegar with black pepper
The best and my favorite is cucumber which is good hunger and thirst quencher as it is good cure for dehydration. It is also have some compounds that fights cancer.
