The sun also provides other benefits, but an excess of exposure carries very specific risks. That is why the sun must be taken in its proper measure and always with adequate protection.
Among the benefits of the sun for the human organism, the following stand out:

Increases the immune response.
Reduces the incidence of respiratory infections.
