Sole Water

I know they say salt is bad for you, but sea salt is not the same as table salt. Table salt is highly processed and stripped of all its minerals during the processing stage. So yes, table salt is bad for you, but sea salt is not. In fact, sea salt is very beneficial for the human body. Have you ever cried and tasted your own tears? Thier a bit salty, aren't they? Well, that's the same type of water you should be consuming on a daily basis. Sea salt is comprised of about 82 trace minerals which your body uses instantly on a cellular level. I too have recently learnt about the difference in these two types of salt, and just use sea salt now ! also another one that I use is Himalayian salt.

Cool, me too, I just found out not too long ago. I can really feel the difference when I drink sole water as opposed to drinking store-bought fruit juices or water without any sea salt.

Salt is such an essential ingredient to maintaining health. We are into similar things Following :). I use himalayan and celtic sea salt.

Yes, I just bought some Himalania pink salt the other day at whole foods. It's good to see like-minded people on steemit. I'm new here so your comment is very warm and welcoming. Thanks
