Weather you are a lens wearer or you will be.
You need to know some things about lenses and lens hygiene.

Rgp lenses

requires longer time to get used to them, there are three solutions for cleaning them. They are good choice for smaller eyes and if you have dry eye syndrome.

Soft lenses

are easier to get used to. Have one solution (3 in 1).
Good choice for bigger eyes and for those who wants to wear contact lenses sometimes because you can choose between daily disposable lenses (good if you are into sport), two week, month, three month duration.

People need to realize contact lenses goes directly in their eyes so there are strict 'rules'.

Solutions for contact lenses aren't just a selling trick, they are here for a reason. You cannot clean contacts with tap water!
There are a lot of bacterias - contact with the eyes can have serious consequences! (loss of vision acuity to blindness)

DON'T CLEAN CONTACT LENSES IN YOUR MOUTH!

Lol, I'm not kidding. There are people who put contact lens in their mouth and 'clean' it with saliva. (omg weird and disgusting).

DURATION DATE IS THERE WITH REASON!

If the lens name is DAILY then you cannot wear it for a whole week.
The same thing is with two week or monthly lenses. Use them properly.

Here are some solutions you can find on market.
