Men are very careless about health. So men do not pay more attention to their health and body. But if some of the men are involved in some healthy food diet, they can also survive and remain healthy.

-Eggs:
Increases the amount of amino acid memory on the egg. Metabolism is better by eating it. Which keeps weight in control. Also, nutritional needs are needed for the growth of muscle.

-Tomatoes:
Antioxidant lycopene in tomatoes removes the risk of prostate cancer in men. Also, he also keeps his heart healthy.

-Linseed:
There are omega-3 fatty acids, proteins and fibers in linseed. Which removes skin spots and wrinkles. Reduce liver cholesterol to keep the heart healthy.

-Almond:
Eat almonds 3 days a week It contains proteins, fiber, and vitamin E. Which keeps digging good and keeps skin and heart healthy.

-Yogurt:
There is a lot of calcium in yogurt. That makes the bones strong. Healthy bacteria in these areas remove the risk of diseases. Eating yogurt does not take long appetite and weight remains in control.

-Whole grain:
Antioxidants in hall green (brown bread, barley, corn, oats, pasta) contain insulin control. This eliminates the risk of diabetes and stays in wet control.

-Green tea:
Green Tea has catechins antioxidants. Which eliminates the risk of cancer. Also, immunity is enhanced and fixation of the skin due to breakdown of the skin.

-Fish:
There are omega-3 fatty acids in this. Which increases the memory and helps keep the heart healthy. Polyunsaturated fatty acids in this area prevent weight gain and trifotofen keeps the brain calm.
