The contaminants abound and although our organism is designed to eliminate them we must give an extra little help.

EAT FRUITS: They are detoxifying and you can eat the ones you want, citrus fruits in particular, they are the most powerful and eliminate toxins faster.

DATE A MASSAGE: massages, especially the lymphatic massages offered by therapists, increase the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, removing toxins from the cells and helping to eliminate them.
