The sun operates in accordance with your own internal condition... if your body is acidic, from a diet high in acid forming foods, such as animal products, grains, etc... the sun will often burn you , or cause some sort discomfort - this is where people tend to blame their fair skin or anything but their internal condition...however, if you live & eat in accordance with nature (alkaline foods such as fruits, greens, veggies or herbs ) and have an alkaline internal condition , the sun will kiss you, or tan you, or react favourably upon you... the sun is acidic... acid (sunshine) on acid (acidic bodily conditions) does not bode well... you may see age spots or sunburn or rashes...now acid (sunshine) on an alkaline (healthy body) reveals a symbiotic relationship... this is often why highly acidic people prefer the cold, and alkaline individuals prefer the tropics! whether you sunburn or not, these are signs from nature ... if the sun harms your body, it’s not the suns fault, it’s your own fault for not taking care of yourself the way nature intended... I once burned easily ... that’s when I didn’t understand the diet/disease correlation or that I am in control & create everything I experience ... I now spend an entire day from morning to evening outside, in the hot sun, without “protection” and I don’t burn... what changed? My diet... nature is always sending us messages, so no more blaming the beautiful, healthy sunshine please!!
