Waist Slimming Foods
I know while making a trip to the grocery store can be a little challenging as to what to buy for my overall diet. Here are a few tips about what to add to your grocery store cart that are known to be waist slimming foods!
Raspberries
Raspberries are a great source of soluble fiber, which helps reduce bad cholesterol and makes you feel full faster which is great! They are also high in antioxidants; when out of season feel free to buy organic frozen raspberries!
Yogurt
When you go shopping, steer clear of fruit-flavored yogurts, which may have more sugar than protein. Instead, opt for plain, lowfat or fat-free options, and choose Greek over traditional because it has more protein.
Cucumbers
When you're trying to lose weight, including low-calorie foods like cucumbers in your diet helps you lower your calorie intake to shed pounds. Cucumbers are very low in calories. Filling your diet with such foods is beneficial for weight loss, because they'll fill you up when you're following a calorie-controlled diet.
These are just a few examples of foods that can help assist over all goals of weight loss or slimming of the waist.
