Epsom salt (MgSO4) hot water foot soak would help you a great deal.
Measure out a quarter (1/4) to half (1/2) a cup of epsom salt in a bowl large enough to accommodate your two feet. Add hot water to a level where the epsom salt solution would be above your ankle. Mix the salt and hot water very well. Soak your feet in the solution for 30 minutes to 60 minutes. It would relax your aching muscles, alleviate your pain etc. Read more on the benefits of magnesium here.
Note: Please drink plenty of water, before, during and after your epsom salt foot soak. That would help improve the detoxification process and prevent dehydration.
