A Beautiful Sunday!

It was a beautiful day today, so, I walked my girls over to their favorite park.

As you can see, they had a swingin time!

I love how this fountain makes such interesting ice formations.

When you see geese flying south in the fall, now you know where they go.

I got in just under 2 miles walking today and a decent swim. My knee is troubling me, but, not too bad.

I can imagine how cold it is by just looking at those ice. It is definitely a family bonding time strolling with them in the park.

Thanks!

This ice formation stuff is really interesting. I am sure it must be very cold and hence they become ice at the edges of the pond.
And good you are motivating others to walk and be healthy and also be a good dad by taking kids out to play and spend quality time with them.

Thank you!

Interesting, I thought the geese will be going south where there will be no freezing. :-)

I always thought so too. They stay all winter here for some reason. We have pretty moderate temperatures here usually, during the day.

Must be the effect of global warming somewhat
