Today was snowy and the winds were pretty harsh, so, I started my walk on the treadmill. It is still on the fritz and I only got in a mile. I decided to lift some weights instead.
I did about 120 repetitions of varying weights and in various positions. I don't know the names yet. I was just following the sticker on the machine. It was a great workout and left me feeling like a million bucks! I will definitely do it more often. It helps burn those calories.
