Daily Walk Day 6

Today was snowy and the winds were pretty harsh, so, I started my walk on the treadmill. It is still on the fritz and I only got in a mile. I decided to lift some weights instead.

I did about 120 repetitions of varying weights and in various positions. I don't know the names yet. I was just following the sticker on the machine. It was a great workout and left me feeling like a million bucks! I will definitely do it more often. It helps burn those calories.

I am not only doing these walks and workouts for my own health, I truly want to inspire others just like you to take care of their health so you can really enjoy your life. Plus, you want to be around to spend that crypto! See you tomorrow fellow steemians, I love you all!
