What Is Bone Marrow Cancer?
Bone marrow cancer is a type of cancer that starts in the spongy tissue the marrow - inside your bones. Marrow’s main job is to produce blood cells.

1.Multiple Myeloma :
Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow.
The cause of multiple myeloma is not known.
Risk factors for multiple myeloma have not been established although researchers have suggested genetic abnormalities, such as c-Myc genes or environmental exposures, may play a role.
2.Lymphomas:
Cancer happens when there is uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells that thrive and spread instead of dying as they would in the life cycle of a normal cell.
Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the white blood cells, or lymphocytes.
lymphatic cancers are classified by the type of immune cells affected. The two main types are Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin. Within these, there are many subtypes. i wont write the subtypes of it here but if you want to see you can search here.

3.Leukemia :
eukemia is cancer of the white blood cells. White blood cells help your body fight infection. Your blood cells form in your bone marrow. In leukemia, the bone marrow produces abnormal white blood cells. These cells crowd out the healthy blood cells, making it hard for blood to do its work. this problem has subtypes as well with different symptoms you can see here

There are different types of leukemia, including
Acute lymphocytic leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Chronic myeloid leukemia

4.Childhood Leukemia:
This is the most common form of cancer in children and teens. About 3 out of every 4 childhood leukemias are acute lymphocytic leukemia. This forms in newly formed white blood cells and progresses quickly.
The cause of childhood leukemia cannot be determined in most cases. The symptoms of leukemia can vary from one child to another. The symptoms of chronic leukemia generally develop slowly, but those of acute leukemia can appear suddenly. Some symptoms can be easy to confuse with those of common childhood diseases.
