Why should you eat dried fruit?

Dried fruit contains several health benefits such as micronutrients, fiber and antioxidants. It also provides natural sugars and carbohydrates which increase energy level of your body. You may think that the fresh fruit has more nutrients than dried fruit, but it is not true. Both types of fruits provide you the same amount of nutrients. In terms of weight, the amount of fiber, vitamins, and minerals in dried fruit is 3.5 times that of fresh fruit. 

However, the amount of Vitamin C is decreased when the fruit gets dried. Even dried fruit has less or no Vitamin C, it is great source of fiber and antioxidants. Polyphenol, an antioxidants provided by dried fruit, help you improve digestive system, blood flow, and prevent oxidation process in your body. We can see dried fruit contains several health benefits. Therefore, we should consume dried fruit on a daily basis.

The are a number of benefits of eating dry fruits but the matter of fact is :Can the middle class people afford it on a regular basis? However,the nutrients are essential to a human body!
