    Ahh, you can update to the third edition for free from your kindle.

      Awesome! I will have to figure out how to update it.

      One of the more useful bits of advice in the book is not to take probiotics regularly.
      I always have to check about the probiotic NOT to take that is in the Garden of Eden (I think) brand. Yikes - it stays in your gut forever!
