Hey giantbear, I'm sorry if this is rude or spammy but I'm writing a cookbook on this very topic, including chocolate-smothered insects. If you put roasted mealworms in chocolate, it tastes a lot like a Crunch bar. Just letting you know, in case you're interested. Follow me for more info, I'll be writing a lot on this topic.
