I have a full time desk job and I regularly do weightlifting/HIIT, so I am consistently exposed to a lot of stress. Ashwagandha seemed like the perfect nootropic for me since it lowers stress levels, increase muscle strength and even increase testosterone.
I noticed that I was more motivated to get up and go to the gym. I normally would feel tired for days if I had pushed myself too hard, but now I always feel ready and excited before my workout. Also, my strength increased considerably. I don’t know how much of a role it played, since I made major changes to my workout routine and my diet during the supplementation.
