I’m also stronger in the weight room as of yesterday. I was able to do two sets of 145 at 12 reps each on the bench. That used to be my warmup years ago but on this reboot I had to work my way up to it over a couple weeks.
ALso, I used to get a better nights sleep by the time I was two weeks into a routine. Now it’s fucking awful! My body keeps waking me up every hour or two because of the soreness. Maybe if I had a better bed. I also wake up depressed like I want to cry and have to work out of the funk over the first few minutes.
