The Flu

I had the flu this past flu season and did all I could to get rid of it quickly, and it actually worked pretty well. I felt better after about 3 days of sweating as much as I could and hammering shots of apple cider vinegar, Turmeric, Cayenne, and lemon juice and sometimes just lemon water.
