AS BEING FAT IS NOT, BEING SKINNY ISmuscles.jpgN'T HEALTHY EITHER.

So if you want to put on some healthy fat, Here are some foods that will definitely help you.
1. MILK
Drinking full fat milk,rich in Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium and a bit of sodium will definitely help you put on muscles.
2. WHOLE EGGS
Forget about all that "only whites" thing.Egg Yellow contains about 43% of the total protein of a whole egg. Also, they are rich with high density lipoprotein cholesterol, generally called as 'good cholesterol'.
3. BANANAS
Other than just Potassium, Bananas do have lots of healthy
4. POTATOES
Apart from packing a good number of calories in a small package, potatoes also have iron, magnesium, vitamin and minerals.
5. RICE
Don't bother about eating only Brown rice, white rice will help you alot to put on muscles. Also, white rice digests faster, is easier to cook, is cheap and helps spike insulin levels.
