With the advance of the technological era, many of us are the ones who do not spend chained to our mobile device, so much so that if we do not have it with us we feel naked and out of the environment.

So much is the dependence we have on that device every day smaller and with thousands of applications, that our life revolves around a bit or sound that tells us, that we are in contact with other people.

The telephone dependence causes an addiction or vice that we must control or manage and try to be without them, at least one hour every certain time of the day, since this dependence also leads to suffering from diseases that eventually require controlled assistance by the party. of medical specialists.

This dependence in total form to our mobile devices already has a name and is called Nomophobia.

There are symptoms to recognize if you are addicted to the phone and if you suffer from nomophobia.

  1. Fear of missing any news that occurs on social networks.

  2. Unable to release the phone at times, use it even in the bathroom.

  3. Feel that the phone vibrates or rings and reviews it every time, that is a feeling they feel, but it does not happen.

  4. Review and monitor all the pages to not miss any news.

  5. Continuously check the internet to remember even the simplest things.

If you present these characteristics, you are a mobile phone addict.

The dependence of mobile devices is ending with sharing, a chat with friends or family and we must put and establish a healthy way to use it so that it does not affect our social environment.

There is that substance called "dopamine" which is made by human brain, so this dopamine can be very very addictive. And this is causing us "to sit on our phones" for hours and hours, even when we interact with real life, i.e. eating, walking outside, driving etc....
