TRAINING : my point of view

in health •  7 years ago

Exercising is not always easy, it often requires time, money when going to the gym, but mostly motivation. I'm not a big sportswoman, but I like doing activities that allow me to do more than run on a treadmill by fixing a wall. I like outdoor activities that allow me to admire nature.

This summer I was climbing a mountain and I loved my experience so much, because when you arrive at the top, you feel proud to have succeeded and you have to say that there is a beautiful view we wait. It is not nothing anyway. So now, I love the activities we can do outside and what's good is that we have a choice. Skating, kayaking, skiing, climbing, snowshoeing, swimming and more.

In fact, yesterday I went cross-country skiing and I can tell you that it is an excellent physical exercise. It is a beautiful activity to do alone or with the family and I recommend it. Yesterday the weather was beautiful, I witnessed a beautiful sunset near the river and I asked my friend to take a picture to capture the moment.

Here's the photo.

So, if like me you are not too much treadmill by fixing a wall, I advise you to try to do activities outside, because it is so much more pleasant, at least, for me.
