Nice to meet you again for another episode of brain tuning. For today I have prepared a very important play of tones: whole being regeneration. You will hear it over 1 and a halb hour. The frequencies are 3.5 hertz and the Schumann-frequency, the earth-frequency of 7.83 hertz. Enjoy, regenerate and relax!

Hi, I used to use binaural beats a lot some years ago - sadly the software I was using did not continue updating, so doesn't work anymore. It worked, but I was controlling the frequencies!
