One of my Urologist friends has sent me this poster which is simple yet touches most of the aspects of healthy living. The only thing I would like to add is drinking enough water in other words rehydrating ourselves. There is a debate on how much to drink, I think 2 litres per day is reasonable as long as someone is not on fluid restriction.
