Method 1, I think, did have a large benefit, as I lost about 7 pounds total, in a short amount of time, about 1 week.
You can read method 1 here.

Definitely would be worth trying for anyone willing. However, I keep forgetting to actually take the garcinia camogia and also the apple cider vinegar. Sigh.

To add to this as a side trail, there are so many great health benefits to apple cider vinegar. My husband is taking this one as a supplement, because, well, there is no way he will adhere to drinking the actual vinegar on a regular basis.
I have moved on to a third method involving not eating sugar and wheat products. For now, I am still eating fruit, rice, corn, and oats as I don't think they raise my insulin as much as the wheat does. I do allow for the occasional cheat, otherwise I would not adhere to the diet at all. I like to be realistic, and strive for lifelong better habits instead of only a quick fix. The benefit in this, is I feel so much better already. I have been cutting back for a couple of weeks, but really working at if for about 1 week. I haven't had a migraine in over a month, and have not been feeling as lethargic as I was a couple of months ago. Yay. It may be worth it just for this, though I do hope to lose some weight. My weight loss is usually very slow, so I haven't been brave enough to step on the scale yet. Maybe I will update the actually weight loss in next week's update.
In future posts, I will share some yummy recipes, and my results with method 2. Some of my old low carb recipes are coming back into existence here on my little homestead and they are actually very welcomed comfort foods.
Have a fantastic day, with yummy healthy food.
Love,
Marie
