Charles Dahigg's book "The Power of Habit" will become an excellent guide for you. After reading it, you absolutely can definitely refuse from cigarettes or alcohol, stop overeating, get nervous over trifles, register at the gym, this list can be continued indefinitely.
The book "The Power of Habits" consists of an introduction, three main parts that contain nine chapters in total, as well as an appendix.
This part of the book will deal with such an important step as the formation of "willpower". Charles Dahigg will tell you how to take responsibility for your own addictions, make "will power" a useful habit and bring it to automatism.
The second part of the book will focus on how to form and use the habits of the organization that have achieved success. It turns out that whole companies just like individual people have their own habits. It is interesting that the change of any key habits of the company or the creation of a new one can lead to irreversible changes in the work of all areas of its activities.
Thanks for sharing, its on my "to read" list now :)
