Many people spend too much daytime or night-time depriving their selves of sleep by overworking themselves during the day. At this stage in life, you don’t need people to tell you the benefits of a healthy sleep habit.

Hi there and welcome to my blog today. My name is Great Morgan and it is indeed a pleasure to have you here on my blog. I believe that you would not just enjoy reading this post but also would be wise enough to learn from it. Below are some side effects of poor sleep or total sleep deprivation;

IMPRPOPER SLEEP MIGHT BE A RISK TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

While we sleep, our immune system produces an infection-fighting and protective substance like the cytokines. These substances are known for fighting against foreigners such as bacteria or viruses.

This cytokines helps us to sleep better by giving our immune system more energy to defend our bodies against sickness and illness.

Depriving yourself of sleep prevents the immune system from functioning properly. It prevents the immune system from building its forces and the body would tend not be able to fight off invaders. Long term sleep deprivation might lead to chronic illnesses such as heart disease or diabetes.
