Benefits of green tea - one of which can lose weight

Efficacy of green tea has been shown to clearly lose weight, because there are many studies that show that this green tea can increase fat burning so that makes the body become slim. Moreover, green tea has antioxidants and substances that are very beneficial for health. Basically green tea contains substances that are useful to reduce fat deposits in the body, of course green tea is not just a regular body warming drink is not it. By consuming green tea can increase metabolism in the body and provide a longer satiety that helps slimming the body and diet lose weight. Even catechins are antioxidants that are able to fight and prevent damage to cells, which has helped in losing weight, especially in the fat is groomed. In addition, some decaffeination process in green tea can reduce the content of antioxidants in it so it would be better to drink 2 cups of tea at once 3 times a day so slowly can lose weight.
