from Popsugar and Benefit on Monday (26/2), when running or other sports, your heart rate increases, blood flow quickens, and millions of small capillaries and arteries in your muscles expand or widen quickly. This widening aims to facilitate the circulation of blood. Unfortunately, if you rarely exercise, your body is not used so hard to pump blood to the feet and hands. This is because the capillaries tend to deflate, making the blood pumped a little.

As the capillaries expand, the surrounding nerves are stimulated and send a message to the brain to release a chemical compound called histamine that is vasodilator (widening the blood vessels) causing itching sensation. Increased production of histamine is common when running or other sports.

Well, because the itching is a sign you rarely exercise, then you still have to routine running and other sports to avoid the sensation of itching.
