My layout is similar to yours, but I'm careful not to eat a big dinner after 1900. I also practice a lot. Im fond of long slow distance with max pulse of 120-125 beats, sometimes i increase the body to not get used to the same exercise. It doesnt matter what people do, but THAT they move, do something you like💃🏽🏂🤺🏌🏻♀️
Another thing many misses is that it takes time to change your habbits. Be patient and hurry slowly if you loose weight quickly, your body will not catch up with you and you will get cravings, which in most cases lead to relapse. Hold on with a little weight loss at a time, so you can do the best - at the same time you learn to eat properly and get to know yourself and how to react to different foods. Im loosing 1-1 1/5 kilos a month and than the skin also follows....

Nice and simple. Thank-you. Some people, like ex-truckers like me, need pointers, like which foods when and how much. Counting calories isn't the motivator though, I'd rather keep it simple, like a handful of sultanas with three Brazil nuts, or a flat white coffee with scone and butter, no jam, sort of thing. And then the next challenge is to get the now weight off without involving Dr's or hospitals 😂
