I wish everyone took normal pictures like this. We are all real. Sometimes we look like shit, and sometimes we look great, just like everyone else. You look great and props to you for this post! Great post, keep it up @muscleroast.com

    Thank you!! That’s exactly what I’d love to convey especially to women and those that are mama’s. Our bodies change and it’s about our mindset, self care and feeling strong. That’s when our confidence can soar!
