Good Health has many factors to be considered

Just being Lean is not enough for being healthy. Being thin does not mean that one is healthy and being fat does not always mean the person is unhealthy. Though obesity does have health challenges and at the same time being thin also will have it's own challenges. When one is thin, it is possible that the person is malnourished or has ample vitamin and minerals deficiency. Having right metabolism is a sign of being healthy. Our body needs energy to function and for that having a proper Thyroid function, good sunlight exposure and good level of oxygen in the body is important. When these functions become deficient then one can start seeing different symptoms like weight gain or loss, lack of sleep, fatigues, increased stress level.

Even if you are into regular exercise you may still be unhealthy if other lifestyle factors are not in the right manner. It is important to improve the energy at cellular level for which diet, lifestyle everything is important. Majority of the people even with great fitness regimes once they touch 45 to 50 age they start feeling tired in their day to day routines, or their sleep patterns are disturbed. There is something called as Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) which our body needs to make to improve the cellular energy. Our cells need repair and regeneration on regular basis for a healthy life.

To generate ATP in the body, the important things to do are fuel up with right amount of glucose which produces energy for the body, to have optimal oxygen levels, which means the hemoglobin level has to be in the right measure. Other important is the Thyroid function, for a good thyroid functioning the basic is the balance of estrogen levels. Over or under Thyroid activity is not good. And the last one is Sunlight exposure, which many of us do not take it seriously and our sedentary lifestyle do not allow us to get the exposure we need. Regular sunlight exposure improves on the Vitamin D level which is very important for cellular energy.

Good health is just not about how you appear from the outside, but what all is happening within is important. Though your skin is a mirror of your health. What is happening inside will reflect on the skin and from that also you can determine your level of health.
