The Real Medicine for a Healthy Living

If something goes wrong with our health immediately, we turn to medicines and try to heal our self. A simple headache and you want to take a panadol or something else. Honestly, I do not even know the names of medicines. In my home while me and my son completely believe in natural therapies my hubby is completely dependent on allopathic treatments. I believe each one to their own and I never try to influence or impose my views on anyone, but I do advise people to go in for more natural ways to cure the body. Like if one has a headache, the best way to heal is to rest up enough, completely switch off all the gadgets, do some gentle head massage with coconut oil and it will relieve. If one has a cold or cough, then it is better to take consume some ginger turmeric hot water and do steam therapy 4 to 5 times in a day. These are some very simple ways to avoid medicines for small ailments. You may not be able to avoid medicines for some bigger issues but the smaller one can definitely be avoided. For bigger ailments also it can be avoided, but then one needs patience for that.

Our body energy is real and our health will show up with what type of body energy we have. People who can check on auras can predict way in advance if there is any illness coming through, because it shows up in one's etheric field. Our body also gives us signals, but majority of the times we ignore these signals. If we pay good attention to our body, we will know when the sickness is coming to us and we can take precautionary measures well in advance to prevent being a victim of that ailment. For e.g., one of the earliest signs of Diabetes are you pee more often than normal, you would even wake up multiple times in the night to pee. If one catches this and works on cutting down sugar, then right at the beginning the condition can be controlled and reversed. But if one is not mindful and keeps consuming foods with high sugar level then getting advanced diabetes is for sure.

If we have to think of the right medicine to take, then our Food is the real medicine. Our whole health can be controlled with what we eat. Our Food will just not only take care of keeping good health but it has complete ability to reverse any health condition also. Our Healing process starts with our diet. Our body will heal or deteriorate with what we will consume. It is also a fact that the foods these days do not give us enough nutrition due to many reasons. The way they are grown and the depleted soil gives us poor quality food. And hence taking help in form of supplements which will nourish the body with the required vitamins and minerals will help.

I also believe that Happiness and Self-Love is medicine. A Happy and satisfied self will always radiate out good energy, and good energy means good health. Doing regular breathing exercises, like the different Pranyamas - Kapalbhati, Anulomvilom, they help a lot in keeping us in good health. Everything is related to our breath, if that is healthy our body is healthy. Daily exercise is a medicine to the body. It will keep the body healthy and active.

There are so many ways to keep our body naturally fit and healthy then why do we want to be dependent on pills that are filled with chemicals and toxins.
