Form is important when exercising. It helps to look at the ideas and instructions of experts. And what better place to find them than on the Fitness Subreddit. So here is what I did.
- Looked at all the videos on the subreddit Megathreads.
- Mostly picked the ones that have 50k or more views
- Created a playlist each for Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, OHP, Clean and Jerk, Pullup and Snatch. There is also an "Everything Else" section that has a few more useful videos.

For people interested in Yoga, the channels most recommended seem to be Yoga with Adriene and Ekhart Yoga.
