This vegetable is rich in minerals like Calcium , Zinc, Manganese, Phosphorous, Selenium and Sodium.

Apart from its nutritional properties, this veggie helps reducing cholesterol.

If you are confused with what to have for lunch or dinner, this is an easy go vegetable and very easy to cook as well.
